BLENDER VINAIGRETTE (FRESH SALAD
DRESSING)
 
2 cloves garlic
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon Dijon-style mustard
1/4 cup fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil

In the bowl of a food processor or blender, add garlic, vinegar, and mustard. Allow to stand for 5 minutes.

Process to puree the garlic. Add parsley and remaining herbs and spices. While machine is running, pour olive oil through the cap or feed tube until smooth, about 2 or 3 minutes.
