CHOCOLATE TURTLES 
2 squares unsweetened chocolate
1/2 c. butter
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 - 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Melt chocolate and butter. Beat eggs. Gradually add sugar, mixing well. Fold in chocolate and butter mixture. Then add flour; mix. Stir in vanilla and nuts. Preheat waffle iron to medium. Drop by teaspoon and bake 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Frost with chocolate frosting. 1/4 tsp. salt 1/4 c. cocoa 1/4 c. butter 1/4 c. hot milk 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Sift sugar, salt and cocoa together. Cream butter. Gradually add sugar mixture and hot milk, alternating. Beat well after each addition. Add vanilla. NOTE: A bit of extra powdered sugar may be added.
