1 c. crunchy peanut butter
1 egg
1 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. baking soda

Mix all ingredients with electric mixer just until dough forms. It will be very thick, but not sticky. Form cookies by rolling dough into balls. Flatten with a fork. Bake at 375 degrees about 10 minutes on lightly greased sheets. These cookies are very rich. Recipe only makes about 2 dozen cookies.
