GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE 
1 med. onion
2 (16 oz.) cans green beans
1 pt. sour cream
1 c. shredded Velveeta cheese
Bread crumbs
Flour
Butter

Cook chopped onion in butter until tender. Mix flour and water together and add to onions. Heat until it begins to thicken. Combine sauce, DRAINED green beans, sour cream and cheese in casserole dish. Top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Other cheeses that can be used are Swiss and Cheddar.
