BATTER FOR FRENCH FRIED
VEGETABLES
 
1 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. oil
2 eggs

Mix all dry ingredients; mix all wet ingredients, then add to dry ingredients. Dip vegetables into batter, then fry as usual for fried vegetables.
