PEANUT BUTTER 
1/4 c. dry roasted or Spanish roasted peanuts (best to remove skins)
1/2 tbsp. peanut oil

Put peanuts and oil in small container and blend until peanuts are well chopped. Add another 1/2 tablespoon or so of oil and then blend again until smooth. Note: Some of the oil will separate after peanut butter sits. You can either remove excess oil or stir it back into the peanut butter.
