OVEN CARAMEL CORN 
6 qt. popped popcorn
2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. Karo syrup (light)
1 tsp. salt
2 sticks butter
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Have popped popcorn ready. In saucepan, melt brown sugar, syrup, salt and butter together. Bring to boil and boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add soda and vanilla; stir well and pour over popcorn (that's in a large sheet pan). Cook in 200°F oven for 1 hour, mixing every 15 minutes.
