OVEN CARAMEL CORN 
2 c. brown sugar
1 c. butter
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
5 qts. popped popcorn

1. Combine brown sugar, butter and corn syrup and salt in saucepan. Heat until boiling. Continue cooking 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

2. Mix in soda.

3. Drizzle caramel over popcorn in large bowl; mix well.

4. Bake corn in large, greased baking pan at 200 degrees for 1 hour. Stir every 15 minutes.

5. Remove from oven, let cool and break into chunks.

Store in Tupperware and it will last a long time and go with you anywhere.
