1 (3 1/4 oz.) butterscotch pudding & pie filling 1 1/2 c. pecan halves 1 c. granulated sugar 3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar 1/2 c. evaporated milk 1 tbsp. butter In a heavy saucepan add all ingredients; cook slowly over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture comes to a rapid boil. Continue stirring for 3 minutes. Remove from heat and continue stirring until mixture thickens and becomes shiny. Immediately begin dropping a teaspoonful at a time onto wax paper. Store in airtight container. Makes 4 dozen. |
