GRILLED CHICKEN | |
1 c. Moore's Marinade 1/2 c. lemon juice 1 tbsp. black pepper 1 med. fryer, skinned & cut into serving size pieces 1/3 c. butter, melted (for low fat diets, the butter may be omitted) Place chicken pieces in a plastic bag or covered bowl. Mix remaining ingredients, stirring well. Pour over chicken and marinate overnight in the refrigerator. Grill slowly. |
