SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
6 Italian sausages, cut in half
4 c. thin sliced potatoes
2 cans mushroom soup - cream
8 slices American cheese
3 c. milk
Sm. bag broccoli
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 c. barbecue sauce

Pan fry sausages. Pre-cook potatoes and broccoli. Use a medium size casserole pan - deep sides.

Start layer 1: Potatoes, milk, broccoli, can of mushroom soup, 4 slices of cheese.

2nd layer: Sausages, Worcestershire sauce, barbecue sauce, 2nd can of mushroom soup and 4 more slices of cheese.

Then cover pan. Bake in oven at 350 degrees until everything is melted and hot.

Serve with French bread.
