TORTILLA CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 med. onion
1 can enchilada sauce
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. water
1 pkg. 12 tortillas
Velveeta cheese

Brown meat and onion together, drain. Add enchilada sauce, soup and water to meat. Simmer 10 minutes over low heat. In 9 x 13 inch dish, lightly greased, layer half of the tortillas, half the meat mixture and cover with cheese. Repeat layer and bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
