LAZY LASAGNA 
1 lb. ground beef, browned
1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
16 oz. cottage cheese
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 lb. uncooked lasagna noodles
2 (6 oz.) pkgs. sliced Mozzarella cheese (8 slices)
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. water

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown ground beef and add spaghetti sauce. Mix together cottage cheese and sour cream.

In a 9x13 inch pan spread 1/3 of the sauce and meat mixture. Layer 1/2 of the uncooked noodles, 1/2 of the cottage cheese/sour cream mixture, 4 Mozzarella cheese slices, 1/3 of the spaghetti sauce and 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese. Repeat.

Pour water around sides of pan, cover and seal with aluminum foil. Bake 1 hour. Uncover; bake 20 minutes longer. Remove from oven and cool for 15-20 minutes until firm.
