MANDARIAN ORANGE CAKE 
1 box Duncan Hines Cake Mix
3/4 c. oil
4 eggs, beaten
1 (8 oz.) can mandarin oranges, with juice

Beat oil and eggs for 4 minutes with electric mixer. Add cake mix and beat 2 minutes. Add oranges and juice by hand. Pour into 3 cake pans that have been sprayed with Pam. Bake 10 to 20 minutes in 350 degree oven. Cool and ice.

ICING:

1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
1 lg. instant vanilla pudding
1 (15 oz.) can crushed pineapple

Mix ingredients together and ice cake.
