5 lb. red potatoes
1 doz eggs, boiled, chopped fine
3/4 qt. Hellmann's mayonnaise
4 stalks celery, chopped fine
2 garlic cloves, chopped fine
2 sm. onions, chopped fine
1 lg. can Spam (with oil), cubed
1 sm. can Spam (with oil), cubed

Boil potatoes in jacket with salt, 1 onion and 1 clove of garlic and a dab of vegetable oil. Drain and cool. Peel and dice potatoes. Add eggs, celery, garlic, onion, Spam and mayonnaise. Season to taste.
