Topping:

whipped cream
cherries
nuts

Top with whipped cream. Cherries and nuts are optional.

Filling:

2 c. confectioners sugar
1 egg
2 sticks butter, softened but not melted
5 or 6 bananas, sliced
1 (10 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained

Mix together sugar, egg, and butter and beat for 15 minutes. Spread evenly over crust. Spread banana slices over filling. Spread pineapple over bananas. Top with whipped cream. Cherries and nuts are optional.

Crust:

Mix together and pat firmly into bottom of 9 X 13-inch pan.
