SHRIMP CREOLE 
3 med. onions
1 lg. clove garlic
2 green peppers
2 stalks celery
1 lg. can tomatoes
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can okra
1 1/2 lbs. shrimp

Chop all ingredients fine and saute in 3/4 stick of butter. Add tomatoes and cook 1/2 hour. Add okra and simmer 1/2 hour to 1 hour. Add shrimp and cook for 10 minutes. Use low heat for entire cooking period. Serve over hot rice.
