TURKEY-RICE COMBO 
1 lb. ground turkey
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. low-fat milk
2 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. shredded cheese

Saute together the turkey, onions and green pepper until turkey is done. Add soups and milk to mixture. Add rice. Pour into casserole. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese melts.
