DUTCH APPLE PIE 
6 to 8 apples, thinly sliced
3/4 to 1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. tapioca
1 c. thin cream or top milk

Combine apples, sugar, salt and cinnamon and tapioca. Fill unbaked pie shell. Pour cream over apples. Bake 40 to 50 minutes in hot oven serve warm.
