THELMA'S "DUTCH" APPLE PIE 
Chunk apples in pie crust, lightly floured. Mix together close to 1 cup sugar and 2 rounded tablespoons flour. Spread over apples. Pour approximately 2/3 cup of half & half over this and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes for 9-inch pie.
