DUTCH APPLE PIE 
3 c. sliced apples
3 tbsp. water
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 scant c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell

Mix filling ingredients all together. Bake in unbaked pie crust for 1 hour in preheated oven at 350 degrees.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. flour
3 tbsp. butter

Mix above until crumbly. Sprinkle evenly over pie. Return pie to oven until topping is light brown.
