Mix:

2 c. white sugar
2 eggs

Add:

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, don't drain
1 tsp. salt

Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes.

ICING:

1 stick butter
1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
2 c. 10X sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix until smooth and creamy, top with walnuts or coconut.
