CHICKEN FAJITAS 
12 oz. boneless breast
1/4 c. white wine
2 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1 green pepper, sliced thin
1 red pepper, sliced (optional)
1 med. onion, sliced thinly
Flour tortillas

Heat wine in a heavy skillet 1 to 2 minutes to burn off alcohol. Reduce heat and add butter. Stir in soy sauce, garlic powder, black pepper and salt. Boil 1 minute and add chicken strips to sauce. Coat thoroughly and cook for about 5 minutes.

Place chicken, green pepper and onion on broiler pan 4 inches from broiler and cook 5 to 8 minutes, turning pieces midway through broiling. Place on platter and serve with heated flour tortilla. Serve sour cream, guacamole and hot sauce on the side. (Can be done on the grill.)
