1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. butter
1 can of mushroom soup
1 can tomato soup
1 soup can water
1 clove garlic, mashed
8 oz. precooked macaroni
1 c. shredded sharp cheese

Cook beef, onion, pepper in butter. Add soups, water, garlic and heat. Cook macaroni, drain. Combine meat, macaroni, 1/2 cheese; top with rest of cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes in 2 1/2 quart casserole.
