PRETZEL DESSERT | |
2 1/2 c. crushed pretzels 1 1/2 sticks butter (melted) 8 oz. Cool Whip 8 oz. cream cheese 1 c. sugar 2 (3 oz.) pkgs. strawberry Jello 1 c. pineapple juice 1 c. boiling water 1 lg. can pineapple 1 qt. fresh strawberries Mix crushed pretzels and melted butter together and bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees in 9x13 inch pan. Mix Cool Whip, cream cheese and sugar and put on after crust has cooled. Dissolve Jello in hot water and pineapple juice. Put in refrigerator. When it starts to set; add 1 large can of pineapple and 1 quart fresh strawberries. Layer on top of cream cheese mixture. |
