HAMBURGER PIE 
1 lb. meat (lean beef or ground round)
1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1 egg
1 tbsp. parsley or dried flakes
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix and press on bottom and sides of Pyrex pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Drain fat (if any), making sure to hold pan upright when removing from oven. Fill with about 2 cups mashed potatoes. Spread remaining 1/2 can of soup on top plus 1/4 cup Swiss or Cheddar cheese. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 10 minutes or until top looks bubbly. Cut in wedges and serve with ketchup, if desired.
