GRILLED ITALIAN SAUSAGES 
Place 6 mild Italian sausages (about 1 1/2 pounds) in a large saucepan. Cover with water and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer gently for 20 minutes; drain. Heat a large frying pan; add 2 teaspoons butter and the drained sausages and saute until lightly browned on all sides. Serves 6.
