POPPYSEED CHICKEN 
4 chicken breasts (I use six) sometimes
1 c. sour cream
1 cream of chicken soup
1 stick of butter
1 stack of Ritz crackers
1 tbsp. of poppyseed

Mix cut up cooked chicken with sour cream and chicken soup. Put in casserole. Melt butter. Mix with crushed Ritz crackers and poppyseed. Put on top of casserole. Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
