YEAST BREAD | |
2 c. very hot water 1 pkg. dry yeast 1 1/2 sticks butter, room temperature 1/4 c. sugar 4 c. self-rising flour Mix hot water and dry yeast; set aside. Mix butter with sugar and flour; mix well. It will be very dry. Add yeast water. Spray PAM in muffin tins. Fill 1/2 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Can save remainder in airtight bowl in refrigerator up to 1 week. |
