BASIC YEAST BREAD 
6 c. flour
2 pkg. yeast
2 c. milk
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. shortening
2 tsp. salt
2 eggs

In a bowl, put half of the amount of flour, sugar, yeast and salt. Heat milk and shortening to 120 degrees, add to flour mixture along with eggs. Mix and add remaining flour. Knead for 6-8 minutes. Place in greased bowl and let rise for about 1 hour. Punch down and make into 2 loaves. Let raise until doubled in size. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes.
