YEAST BREAD | |
2 c. warm water 4 pkgs. yeast 3 eggs 1/4 c. oil 1/2 c. sugar 2 tsp. salt 5 c. flour Mix yeast with water, let dissolve. Beat eggs, add oil, sugar, and salt. Add yeast and water. Add flour, 1 or 2 cups at a time until all flour is used. Don't make dough too stiff. Leave soft and sticky. Let rise 1 hour. Makes 3 dozen rolls or 3 loaves of bread. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown. |
