PUMPKIN BARS 
2 1/4 c. flour (self rising)
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin (or 2 c. cooked, mashed pumpkin)
3/4 c. oil
4 eggs
Chopped pecans

Combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves. Add pumpkin, oil and eggs. Mix until smooth. Pour into a greased 15 x 10 x 1 inch jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool on wire rack. Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting, recipe below.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

6 tbsp. butter
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 3/4 c. confectioners' sugar

Mix together until smooth. Sprinkle with nuts. Makes about 40 bars.
