SALMON - CHEESE LOAF 
1 (1 lb.) can salmon & oil
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. milk
1 c. American cheese, grated
1 c. rolled crackers
1 tbsp. onion, minced
1/4 sm. green pepper, minced
2 tbsp. butter, melted
2 tbsp. parsley, minced
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Remove bone and skin from salmon and flake. Mix all ingredients and bake in greased shallow baking dish 35 minutes or until lightly browned. Bake at 350 degrees.
