CRANBERRY STUFFING 
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 lb. bulk pork sausage
1 (8 oz.) pkg. herb seasoning stuffing mix
1 (16 oz.) can whole berry cranberry sauce
1 1/2 c. chopped cooking apples
1/4 c. melted butter

Cook sausage until browned; drain. Combine sausage and remaining ingredients. Place in casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes. If used in a crown roast, stuff the roast 45 minutes before its finished and bake at 350 degrees. Serves 8. Excellent holiday dish for guests.
