GRANOLA CEREAL | |
1 1/2 c. regular oats 1 1/2 c. Grape-Nut cereal 1 1/2 c. dry shredded coconut 1/2 c. wheat germ 1 c. unsalted sunflower kernels (from health food store) 1/3 c. toasted sesame seeds 1 c. slivered almonds 1 tsp. vanilla extract 3/4 c. honey 1/4 c. vegetable oil 1 c. raisins Mix all dry ingredients very well, except raisins. Combine honey, oil and vanilla. Pour over mixture and mix well to coat. Place mixture in 2 jelly roll pans. Bake at 250 degrees for 35-40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes. Cool. Add raisins. Store in airtight container. Serve with milk or as a snack. |
