2 c. cooked and cooled rice
1 c. whipping cream, whipped
1 pkg. cherry Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 can crushed pineapple and juice

Dissolve Jello and add pineapple and juice. Let Jello set up, then add the rice and whipped cream.
