SWISS VEGETABLE MEDLEY 
1 bag (16 oz.) frozen broccoli, carrots & cauliflower combination, thawed & drained
1 can (10 1/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
1 jar (4 oz.) chopped pimento, drained
1 can French fried onions
Optional: Add 1 1/2 to 2 c. cooked turkey or chicken pieces
1 1/2 c. cooked wide noodles
Optional for added flavor: 1 tbsp. Mrs. Dash or other flavor enhancer

Combine vegetables, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimento and 1/2 can French fried onions. Add meat and cooked noodles if desired. Pour into a suitable sized casserole.

Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with remaining cheese and onions. Bake uncovered for 5 minutes longer. Makes 6 or more servings, depending on ingredients used.
