CHOW MEIN MEAT DISH | |
1 lb. ground beef 1 lg. bunch celery, finely diced 1 onion, chopped 1 green pepper, chopped 2/3 c. water 1/2 tsp. salt 1 can mushroom soup 1 can chow mein noodles (save 1/3 for top) 1 can mushrooms (or use fresh) Brown celery, onions, pepper, and ground beef. Drain. Then add rest of ingredients. Put in 9x13 inch pan or 2 (1 quart) casserole dishes. Sprinkle remainder of noodles on top. Bake uncovered for 1/2 hour in 350 degree oven. Leftovers freeze well. |
