CHOP SUEY 
3 lb. stew meat (1/2 beef, 1/2 pork)
5 lg. stalks celery
5 med. onions
1 lg. and 1 sm. can Chinese vegetables
OR 3 sm. cans
2 lg. cans mushrooms
1/2 jar bead molasses
8 beef bouillon cubes
Soy sauce
8 c. water

Brown meat in small amount of oil. Dice celery and onions and add to meat with water and bouillon cubes. Bring to boil, add Chinese vegetables and mushrooms, soy sauce and bead molasses. Bring to boil. Cover and simmer for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Serve over rice.
