HELEN'S ANTIPASTO 
1 c. oil to 1/2 c. vinegar
2 cloves garlic
3/4 to 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/8 tsp. oregano and basil
1/4 tsp. dry (mustard)

Heat together and add to veggies - store in refrigerate 2 days and serve.

Blanch broccoli, celery, carrot chunks for 5 minutes in steamer for crisp but eatable veggies.

Suggestion (cut in finger sized chunks) :

Cauliflower
Carrots
Broccol i
Celery
Bell pepper
Olives - black and green
Mushrooms
Pearl onions
Pasta curls, cooked
