SHE PEG CORN SALAD 
2 cans white shoe peg corn
1 can French cut green beans
1 can sm. English peas
1 sm. jar pimentos
1 chopped onion
1 chopped green pepper, if desired

Drain, combine and set aside.

DRESSING:

3/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. celery seed

Blend ingredients and bring to boil. Cool and pour over vegetables.
