BROCCOLI CROUTON BAKE 
1 (6 oz.) box croutons
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 1/2 c. water
1 (10 oz.) box chopped broccoli
4 tbsp. butter
Grated cheese

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Arrange croutons to cover bottom of pan. Combine 1 cup of boiling water and butter and pour over croutons. Next layer thawed broccoli. Heat soup diluted with 1/2 cup of water. Pour over broccoli. Add another layer of croutons and garnish with grated cheese. Bake covered for 25 minutes and uncovered an additional 20 minutes.
