BAKED BROCCOLI 
1/4 c. chopped onion
4 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. water
8 oz. Velveeta cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
3 beaten eggs
2 (10 oz.) pkg. thawed, chopped broccoli
corn flakes

Blend flour and water together. Sauté onion; blend onion, butter, flour and water. Stir in cheese and salt until smooth. Then add beaten eggs. Fold in well drained broccoli. Grease dish and flour it. Pour in broccoli mix. Put crushed corn flakes on top and bake at 325°F for 30 to 40 minutes.
