MOCK CHAMPAGNE PUNCH 
2 c. super-fine sugar (can process regular sugar in food processor to make super-fine sugar)
2 c. water
2 c. grapefruit juice
1 c. orange juice
8 c. dry ginger ale
3 tsp. grenadine

Boil sugar and water together to make a syrup. Cool. Combine with remaining ingredients and chill. Makes 28 (4 oz.) servings.
