HAMBURGER STROGANOFF 
1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
4 tbsp. butter
1 lg. onion, chopped
3/4 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms
2 cloves garlic
3 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. instant beef bouillon
1 tbsp. tomato paste
1 tbsp. A1 sauce
Salt and pepper
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can beef consomme
1/4 c. white grape juice
1/4 tsp. dried dill
1 1/2 c. sour cream

Brown meat in 1 tablespoon butter, then add remaining butter and saute onion, garlic and mushrooms 3 or 4 minutes. Mix flour, instant bouillon, ketchup, A1 sauce, salt and pepper, to taste and whisk in bowl.

Return to pan gradually whisk in consomme. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and stir in grape juice, dill and sour cream. Serve over egg noodles or rice.
