SILKY LEMON FROSTING 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 tsp. grated lemon peel
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. confectioners sugar

Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth. Beat in lemon peel, lemon juice, and confectioners sugar until smooth.
