MARSHMALLOW LEMON FROSTING | |
2 unbeaten egg whites 1 c. sugar 1 tbsp. water 3 tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind 16 marshmallows Combine in top of double boiler egg whites, sugar, water and lemon juice. Beat with electric mixer for 7 minutes. Remove from fire and add lemon rind. Beat in quartered marshmallows. Spread on cake. |
