UPSIDE DOWN YUMMY FOR YOUR TUMMY
PUMPKIN PIE
 
1 can pumpkin
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk
3 eggs, well beaten
1 box Pillsbury Plus yellow cake mix
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. butter, melted

Mix together first 8 ingredients. Pour into 9 x 13 inch buttered baking dish. Sprinkle dry cake mix on top of batter. Sprinkle nuts over cake and drizzle butter on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
