10 to 12 slices bacon, crisp fried & crumbled
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c. chopped green onions

Layer in above order in a greased 10 inch quiche or pie dish. 1 c. biscuit mix 4 eggs 1/4 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper

Beat on high speed until smooth. Pour into plate over other ingredients. Bake 400 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
