12 bacon slices or ham (about 1/2 lb.)
2 c. milk
4 eggs
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. Swiss cheese, shredded (4 oz.)
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 c. Bisquick
1/4 tsp. salt

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 10 inch pie plate. Sprinkle bacon or ham, cheese, onion in pie plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth and pour into pie plate. Bake for 30 minutes.
